Looking for an LVN, Admission Nurse, Full-Time

The Admission LVN Staff Nurse is available to assist the Admission RN by going to the patient's home, hospital, board and care or skilled nursing facility. The LVN is responsible for the explanation of benefits, consent signing and coordination with Admissions RN and Admission Coordinator. The LVN participates in the implementation of clinical policies and procedures; and carries out the organization's purposes in a manner consistent with the goals, objectives, and established policies. This individual is cross trained to assist in the intake department.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

Credentials:

Current CA LVN License

Experience:

Minimum of one-year experience in health care management. Previous hospice experience preferred.

Core Competencies:

Knowledgeable about basic general office procedures practices and equipment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows 11 operating system.
Ability to handle multiple demands, frequent interruptions and to prioritize work assignments.
Ability to communicate effectively and work well with others maintaining a positive attitude.
