Position Profile
The Reception / Administrative role will process incoming phone calls and provide general administrative support to our clinical and administrative teams. This includes answering busy, high volume phone calls, transferring the caller to the appropriate department / person and / or answering general patient questions. It will also include navigating our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system to find pertinent information to address patient needs.
This role can be flexible, to work any hours Mon - Friday between 8am-5pm up to 20 hours a week
