The Hospital and Healthsystem Association of Pennsylvania is seeking a manager, business continuity and cyber resilience. This team member provides expert consultation and support for health care systems and health care facilities seeking to enhance their ability to develop organizational planning and response capabilities and develop robust continuity of operations plans (COOP) to manage incidents resulting in disruption of business functions, including cyber incidents. The Manager also provides subject matter expertise, leadership, management and support to the board of directors of the Association and provides consulting support for health care business continuity and cyber resilience to the for-profit subsidiary, HAPevolve. They also serve as liaison between HAP staff and health care facilities and system business continuity, cyber security, and emergency management programs.
Candidates for consideration must have at a minimum a bachelor’s degree. A master’s degree is preferred. Successful candidates will also have at least five years’ experience in business continuity and cyber resilience. Experience in healthcare, clinical/allied health, public health, emergency management agency, fire/EMS/law enforcement, or other emergency field related experience preferred. Also, Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP), ISO 22301 Certified Business Continuity Manager (CBCM), Certified Business Resilience Manager (CBRM), Certified Cyber Resilience Professional (CCRP) or similar recognized credential is preferred.
