What are the responsibilities and job description for the Billing Coordinator position at Hospital Maintenance Consultants?
We’re currently looking for a Billing Coordinator to join our team.
The Billing Coordinator will be responsible for reviewing job records for accuracy and preparing them for invoicing. The role also includes generating and managing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality are essential for success in this position.
Position Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Ideal candidates should have:
- Experience working with computers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PDF software
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
