Park Nicollet is looking to hire a Billing Account Coordinator to join our team! Come join us as a Partner for Good and help us make an impact on the care and experience that our patients and their families receive every day.
Position Summary
Assures customer satisfaction with workers compensation and employer billing by working as a team with PNOH to manage the business customer relationship and by handling the employer billing process using a program unique to workers’ compensation and industrial accounts. Interfaces with employers, patients, medical staff, attorneys, work comp carriers, and third-party payers in person, by phone, or by mail to establish and maintain the customer’s billing satisfaction and ensure prompt reimbursement of the accounts receivable. Bills and follows-up on no-fault motor vehicle accident (MVA) claims.

Required Qualifications
- One to two years related business experience.
- PC experience
- Prior Experience in Home Health Services Authorizations
- Strong verbal and written communication, problem solving, typing and 10-key skills
- Experience with Epic software systems
- Knowledge of electronic billing programs and insurance website benefit/claims verification.
- Knowledge of medical terminology
