Job Title : Patient Service Representative
Job Specialty : Radiation Oncology
Job Duration : Temp to perm based on practice needs and performance
Shift : 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM, Monday through Friday

Job Description :
- Responsible for front desk work in a radiation oncology setting.
- Answer incoming phone calls and make outgoing callbacks.
- Check-in and check-out patients efficiently.
- Schedule appointments as needed.
- Participate in a 4-day, 32-hour electronic medical records training. Candidates must pass an assessment test at the end of the course.
- Engage in virtual interviews conducted via Teams.
- Be prepared to start the compliance process immediately upon accepting the role.
- Complete medical and drug screenings within 72 hours of accepting the position.
