We are seeking a skilled Physician to join our Primary Care team at the Clinton County Rural Health Clinic in Breese, Illinois.
Practice Highlights:

- 100% outpatient practice.
- Flexible schedule with options for a 4 or 5-day workweek.
- Minimal call requirements through a shared group call system (1 weekday call day per week and 1:12 weekend call).

- Use of the EPIC Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
Position Requirements:
- An unrestricted Illinois medical license prior to starting work.
- Board certification or eligibility in their respective specialty.
Compensation & Benefits Package:
- Two-year base guarantee.
- Sign-on bonus, housing incentive, and relocation assistance available.
- Residency stipends available for those still finishing residency training.
- Twenty days off plus six holidays per year.
- The number of extra days off increases by one each year until ten years of service, resulting in thirty days off plus six holidays after ten years.
