Responsible for leadership, direction and ongoing administration and management for all aspects of the patient care services, including practice operations within Prairie Cardiovascular. Responsible for growth and development of all cardiovascular services. Duties will also include executive oversight of all employed physician and provider services and non-physician colleagues in all Prairie Cardiovascular facilities. Has overall responsibility for financial and operational performance and is accountable to communicate and implement strategic initiatives to meet goals and objectives. Oversees all practice management resources and the organization's colleagues to maximize efficiency in support of the employed physician practices. Serves as the administrative dyad to physician leadership.
Qualifications
Education Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field is required.
Master’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration or a related field is preferred.
Experience Qualifications
10 years of progressively responsible work experience in a senior management position in a medical practice setting, healthcare administration or a closely related field is required. 2 years’ experience in managing cardiovascular clinics is required.
