Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a System Manager-Credentials Verification Organization (CV) to join our team. Manages all aspects of the Credentials Verification Organization for the system. Provides oversight to credentialing and re-credentialing files and expirable processes of the medical staff and allied health professionals. Oversees and stays abreast on current regulatory requirements related to credentialing. Assists in managing financials and productivity of the department.

- Location: 100% remote, accepting applicants that can work remotely and live in AZ, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, KY, MI, MO, MT, NC, NE, NV, TN, TX, OH, WA, or WI.

Education Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare management or other health/business related field is required.
- Master's degree in healthcare management or other health/business related field is preferred.
- In lieu of bachelor's degree, may consider high school diploma or equivalent plus 5 years of experience working in a medical staff/credentialing setting AND certification as a Certified Professional Medical Services Management (CPMSM) and/or Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) within three years.
Experience Qualifications
- 5 years of experience or equivalent in credentialing is required.
- 3 years of demonstrated leadership experience is required.
Certifications, Licenses and Registrations
- Certified Professional Medical Services Management (CPMSM) is preferred.
- Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) is preferred.

Pay Range:
$34.21 - $51.31
A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.
