What are the responsibilities and job description for the System Director-HR Service Center position at Hospital Sisters Health System?
- Remote within HSHS markets, on-site on a quarterly basis
The System Director-HR Shared Services has overall responsibility and oversight for the teams that provide support and administration for all HR functional areas including, but not limited to, colleague relations, HR policies and procedures, leave of absence, continuation of benefits, and HRIS self-service. This position sets goals and objectives for the tier 1 service center team and the tier 2 generalist team. The position oversees performance, ensuring service delivery and processes are managed as efficiently as possible while adhering to all compliance requirements. Responsible for implementing appropriate business processes and internal controls, developing collaborative relationships with other HR teams, cross-functional business units, and fostering a positive, trustworthy reputation for the team.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is required.
H.S. Diploma and five years of human resources leadership experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree.
Experience
5 years of HR experience directly dealing with colleague relations as a generalist or business partner is required.
2 (of the 5 total) – Progressively more responsible leadership experience or equivalent is required.
5 years experience with general colleague questions, HR call center and/or tier 1 HR support required.
Certifications, Licenses and Registrations
Professional in Human Resources (PHR) is preferred.
