What are the responsibilities and job description for the System Manager-Compliance position at Hospital Sisters Health System?
- Remote in IL or WI market, travel on-site as needed
The System Manager-Compliance is responsible for the successful development, implementation, and day-to-day operational leadership of compliance functions for the organization. This role manages and provides guidance to compliance team members across the organization to ensure effective and consistent program implementation and is responsible for overseeing timely and successful completion of the Annual Compliance Workplan. The System Manager-Compliance is considered an expert in the areas of compliance (and privacy) and serves as a trusted compliance partner across all levels of the organization, providing education and guidance on various regulatory matters.
Qualifications
Education Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business or related field is required.
Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business or related field is preferred.
Experience Qualifications
5 years of progressive health care compliance or other relevant experience is required; experience leading the compliance function of a large health care system is preferred.
3 years of progressively more responsible leadership experience is required.
Certifications, Licenses and Registrations
Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC), Certified in Healthcare Privacy Compliance (CHPC), Certified in Healthcare, or related certification is preferred.
