Summary

The System Manager-Strategic Planning works closely with System leadership, local leadership, and staff to facilitate Strategic Plan development and execution across the System.  Leads organizational efforts around growth through the development of new ventures and works with others to design the necessary legal and corporate infrastructure to support the expansion of core business activities. The individual coordinates and supports Ministry Strategy by effectively applying project management, facilitation, analytics, and process improvement methodologies and identifying and applying appropriate best practices from within and outside of HSHS.  This role manages the strategy analyst team, coordinates the definition and execution of HSHS strategic programs, business plans and projects by partnering with stakeholders to generate high-value solutions and sustainable results.

 

This role is 100% remote in our remote-eligible states. We are accepting applicants that can work remotely and live in AZ, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, KY, MI, MO, MT, NC, NE, NV, TN, TX, OH, WA, or WI.


Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, health administration or a related field is required.

Master's degree in business, health administration, project management or related field is preferred.

 

Experience

5 years of experience in healthcare strategy is required.

3 years of progressively responsible leadership experience is required.

Experience working in a complex corporate environment, ideally spanning regions is strongly preferred.

 

Certifications, Licenses and Registrations

Project Management Professional (PMP) is preferred.
