Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a System Manager-System Integration to join our team. System Manager–System Integration manages, supports, and implements integration, interface systems and application development for Hospital Sisters Health System from design phase through post-implementation support. This role is responsible for leading, mentoring, and supporting the Interface Programmers. The expectation for this role is to serve as both a business leader and a technologist with a vision for how IT (Information Technology) can enable productivity and efficiency for the enterprise.

Position Specifics:
• Schedule: Full time, 40 hrs/wk, Monday-Friday
• Location: 100% remote, accepting applicants that can work remotely and live in AZ, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, KY, MI, MO, NC, NE, NV, TN, TX, OH, WI, or WY.
• Compensation that aligns with your experience
Education Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field is required.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent plus five years of relevant experience in programming, networking, IT architecture, or other related information technology field may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
Experience Qualifications
  • Five (5) years of experience in programming integration systems is required, preferably in healthcare. (This experience level is required in addition to the experience that would be required in lieu of education if colleague does not meet bachelor’s degree requirement).
  • Three (3) years of progressively responsible leadership experience is required.
Certifications, Licenses and Registrations
  • Interface Engine certification is preferred.

Pay Range:

$48.13 - $72.20

A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.
