Position Overview:
As a Residential Cleaning Technician, you will travel directly from your home to various cleaning assignments, including apartments, houses, new construction, Airbnb rentals, and student housing. You'll handle routine/deep cleaning, move-out cleaning, short-term rental turnovers, and student housing turnovers. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in an independent work environment, take pride in their attention to detail, and are comfortable with occasional travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and deep cleaning for occupied homes.
- Execute move-out cleaning services for vacated properties.
- New construction cleaning rough, final, touch up, window cleaning and model cleaning.
- Manage short-term rental turnovers and student housing turnovers.
- Maintain and manage cleaning supply inventory.
- Utilize a smartphone to manage assignments, communicate, and access the company’s scheduling platform.
- Represent the company with professionalism and excellent customer service.
Operational Details:
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (Occasional weekends may be required).
- Travel: Some travel required for cleaning assignments.
- Onboarding: Two-week onboarding process with comprehensive training and examination.
- Work Location: Dispatch directly from home to client locations—no office check-ins required.

Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional cleaning experience.
- License & Vehicle: Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and a reliable vehicle.
- Insurance: Proof of insurance and vehicle registration.
- Equipment Access: Must have access to a washer and dryer.
- Technology: Must own a smartphone capable of running company apps for scheduling and communication.
- Background & Drug Testing: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Must successfully complete training and pass all exams.
