As a Cleaning Technician at Royalty Cleaning Services LLC in The Academy, TN, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our clients' spaces. We are seeking dedicated individuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to provide top-notch Cleaning and Janitorial services. *****MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION AND LIVE IN THE MT. JULIET AREA!!!*****

Responsibilities:

• Perform Cleaning and Janitorial duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
• Sanitize surfaces and high-touch areas to maintain a clean and hygienic environment
• Restock cleaning supplies and notify management of any inventory needs
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Cleaning and Janitorial work preferred, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION
• MUST LIVE IN THE MT. JULIET AREA
