Cleaning Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various facilities, ensuring that all areas are spotless and welcoming. This job is 7 days a week nightly and you MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION. This role is only up to 3 hours a night. EVERYTHING MUST BE COMPLETED BY 2:30AM. Hours for this role is as follows:

Monday - Thursday - anytime after 8:30pm

Friday - anytime after 6:30pm

Sat/Sun - anytime after 5:30pm

This role is essential in providing a safe and pleasant environment for both employees and clients.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
• Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness.
• Clean windows, walls, and furniture as needed to uphold facility standards.
• Dispose of trash and recyclables in accordance with company policies.
• Restock supplies such as paper products and cleaning materials.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Maintain a positive attitude while interacting with staff and clients.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently.
• Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks as required.
• Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and safety practices is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Must be reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
