Independent Cleaning Technician

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness at various properties, ensuring that all areas are hygienic and welcoming. This role is essential for creating a DETAILED, CLEAN, and UPMOST welcoming property for both contractors and guest.

Duties

• Perform cleaning tasks in assigned areas, including bedrooms, restrooms, kitchens, and common spaces.
• Vacuum and mop each and all floors to ensure cleanliness.
• Clean and sanitize surfaces, including nightstands, tables, and or countertops.
• Dispose of all waste and trash, open food, and unwanted items as trained.
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, towels, etc. guest amenities.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the manager promptly.
• Follow all health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.

Requirements

• Previous experience in cleaning hotels and or Airbnb's(STR).
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes (10AM/11AM start time).
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may require excessive moving, bending, and standing for extended periods (4/6 hours max).
• Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
