We're currently seeking a Temporary Pressure Washing Technician to join our growing team during a busy spring season — with the potential for longer-term employment if it's a great fit.
Job Responsibilities:
- Completing exterior cleaning projects such as window cleaning, pressure washing and more
- Communicating effectively with clients to provide exceptional customer service
- Working as a team to complete tasks efficiently
- Organizing and managing equipment required to complete daily tasks
- Upselling and marketing around job sites
- Cleaning the interior and exterior of the truck at the end of each day
Qualifications:
- Reliable and hard-working team player with a positive attitude
- Meticulous and conscientious, committed to delivering exceptional and high-quality results
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
- Comfortable climbing ladders without hesitation (3 stories or less)
- 18 years or older
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable or at least willing to step into sales opportunities
- Willingness and desire to learn and grow
- Pressure washing and/or window cleaning experience is a bonus, but not required — we’re happy to train the right person
Schedule:
M-F: 7:00-4:00
Also open to someone who wants to work part time, but needs to be full day at least 3 days a week and available same days every week.
Compensation:
$16-18 per hour, depending on experience
Opportunity for performance-based bonuses based on amount of work completed and/or sales bonuses
