JOB SUMMARY

Under the direction of the Hospitality Manager, The Hospitality Supervisor is responsible for providing positive leadership and a working environment that promotes teamwork and customer satisfaction. Ensures that the processes, systems and tools which enable the staff to meet the needs of both internal and external customers are available and used. To lead by example in all areas of Hospitality Services: Laundry, Nutrition Services and Housekeeping. To foster and support our mission through respectful words and deeds. To consistently integrate St. Lukes core values in daily activities.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High School diploma plus required experience.

Experience: One (1) year supervisory experience OR at least two (2) years experience working in the St. Luke’s Coordinator-Hospitality position.

Education: Associates or Bachelors Degree in in related field.
