What are the responsibilities and job description for the Day of Coordinator-LF position at Hospitality Management Corp?
The Lodge at Liberty Forge is looking for a Day of Coordinator for a large wedding and banquet facility located on Liberty Forge Golf Course in Mechanicsburg, PA.
Duties include, but not limited to:
- Serve as the on-site event contact
- Event set-up
- Event Supervisor serves as the liaison between guests and staff
- Communicate with vendors to confirm timelines & specific requests
- Execute customer's wishes
- Ceremony assistance
- Timeline execution
- Supervise and assist with the complete setup and breakdown of the banquet area
- Maintaining cleanliness and having a general awareness of all sanitary practices
- Serving ordered food and beverages to guests
- Menu knowledge
- Present with professional appearance and mannerisms
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Provide prompt and courteous service to event guests
- Event Breakdown
- Weekend availability is a must
Will work rehearsals & weddings.
Pay based upon skill & experience.
