Hospitality Property Management is a quickly growing vacation rental management company focused on El Paso County. We're looking for team members that want to grow with our company!
The job we're looking to fill:
Clean, reset and stage furnished rentals in preparation for guest stays. Help us make beautiful environments for our guests! Odd jobs may be requested from time to time within the day’s working hours. communicate with prop mgmt. Provide availability to fill minimum (32 hr) schedule requirement.
32-44 hours per week (full time position)
$20 hourly
7 hours most days 8-3, includes two 15-minute paid breaks
31 day months 23 working days
30 day months 22 working days
February- 21 working days
1 vacation day per month accrues up to 12 maximum vacation days annually.
1 paid sick day per month accrues up to 12 maximum sick days per year. $50 reimbursed for unused sick days.
12 holidays
Uniform provided (T-shirt)
Paid business mileage
Opportunities for extra hours throughout the month at the standard rate.
Time keeping and mileage app required.
Schedules subject to change throughout the month, will guarantee minimum days per month.
1.5 times pay for hours after 40 hours.
Cleaning products provided
Qualifications:
Willingness to work hard and provide a beautiful space for our guests, according to Hospitality Property Management cleaning standards.
Flexibility to work with other staff as needed.
