IT/DATA Support
Summary/Objective

- Project Coordination: Plans and manages the delivery of technology projects.
- Development: Designs, develops, configures, and tests technology solutions to meet business requirements.
- Business Analyst: Uses knowledge of business processes to analyze options, define requirements, and create functional designs for technology solutions to business problems.
- Data & Analytics: Develops reporting & analytical solutions to turn data into business insights. Includes the management of reusable & consistent data foundations.
- Information Security: Plans and implements security measures to protect HRG against cyber-attacks and ensure the integrity of HRG's data, systems, and networks

Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers, smartphones, and other equipment necessary to install, uninstall, and repair electronics in the restaurants.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee must frequently lift and move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work/Travel
This is a part-time position and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Work schedule is flexible to work around schooling or other activities.
Education and Experience
- Earning an Associate Degree in computer related field, and/or 2 years relevant experience preferred.
- Requires experience with personal computer equipment.
- Preferred advanced personal computer, word processing, spreadsheet, database, and Windows skills.
- Prefer knowledge of how to assemble and disassemble personal computer components, including cabling.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must be a team player.
- Must be able to work independently.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
