Responsibilities:
- Focus on group and bespoke event sales within Napa Valley, representing two luxury hotels—Hotel Villagio and Vintage House—set amid Napa Valley’s renowned wine country and Michelin-starred dining.
- Actively prospect and build client relationships for weddings, vow renewals, and personalized events.
- Attend industry events, wedding shows, and deliver presentations showcasing the property’s event capabilities and unique offerings.
- Respond to RFPs with detailed information on guest accommodations, event spaces, menus, and other offerings, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver memorable, tailored events, managing all event details from space and decor to food service.
Qualifications:
- Strong background in luxury hospitality with experience in high-end event planning and personalized service.
