Qualifications
- 3 years of F&B management experience in similar boutique hotels or upscale restaurants.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with experience managing and developing a team.
- Creative problem-solving skills with a guest-centric approach.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the hotel’s restaurant, bar, in-room dining, and banquet operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
- Act as an ambassador for the hotelbrand, ensuring an elevated yet approachable dining experience for guest.
- Lead, train, and develop the F&B team, fostering a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and guest-focused service.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
