THE ROLE:
An established casino will be opening their new resort in Grand Island, NE this Spring! In addition to their gaming floor, this location will feature a 162-room hotel, 3 full-service restaurants, a grab-and-go cafe, pool, and spa.
Seeking a Hotel Director to oversee leadership, direction and administration of the Hotel, Housekeeping, Spa, Valet, Call Center, Group Sales and Gift Shop.
Salary: $75k-$85k
Bonus: Quarterly bonus and profit share

Relocation: Will offer relocation assistance, amount is case by case dependent on location
NON-NEGOTIABLES:
- Minimum of five years of hotel management experience.
- Proficiency in reservation management databases and Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- Strong problem-solving, conflict-resolution, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
PREFERRED:
- Prior experience in casino operations.
- Familiarity with Hilton property standards.
- Experience managing or working with spa operations.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
