Job Description
Hospitality Spotlight is looking for a Corporate VP of Accounting & Finance for a client in Southern California.
The Work :
- Manage financial and accounting operations and planning for multiple hotel properties at a corporate level
- Guarantee robust tax planning, compliance, and reporting, while overseeing and providing guidance on risk management.
- Lead and manage the corporate team
- Model culture of integrity, respect, humility, and compliance
- Establish and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures across all properties and business entities.
- Drive budgeting and forecasting, actively engaging in acquisition activities
- Lead financial audits and manage all financial transactions for properties and business entities
- Access, establish and maintain appropriate operational accounting practices within all properties and business entities
- Provide daily, weekly and monthly reporting
- Build and maintain strong working relationship
- Additional duties as required
