What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintnenace Technician position at Hot 2 Cold Inc?
As a Maintenance Technician you will be responsible for assisting customers with their Annual Maintenances on their HVAC system.
Maintenances include cleaning, inspections and other tasks that help HVAC systems run efficiently and help in preventing problems.
Job Includes:
- Disassembling the Condenser and removing any leaves or debris that may have fallen down inside
- Cleaning the outside Condenser Coils with a Self-Rinsing Solution.
- Check and verifying refrigerant charges
- Test and tightening electrical connections
- Condensation Drain Line Cleaning
- Verifying system airflow and blower settings
- Evaluating Ductwork
- Evaluating Static Pressures
- Spraying Self-Rinsing Solution on the Air Handler coils
- Performing a Duct Sanitation
- Upselling of Maintenance Plans to help keep customers covered year to year.
- Possible other upsells such as dryer vent cleanings and Rotary Duct Cleaning.
