Overview:
Join our team as a Site Project Manager where you will play a pivotal role in overseeing construction projects from inception to completion. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in project management and construction site operations.
Duties:
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Oversee project scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and material procurement
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to guide project execution
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to prepare project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
- Collaborate with project teams to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders regarding project updates and requirements.
- Previous experience in Surveying preferred (not required)
