Job Summary
We are seeking a Kitchen Manager at our fast paced 50s Diner. As the Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for the restaurant’s operational performance and financial well-being. You will be a hands on working manager leading staff and ensuring they reflect the restaurant’s high standards. The ideal candidate is a has mastery level experience on the grill and is a strong leader with experience managing a successful restaurant. Position to be filled immediately. Starting pay is $75,000/year plus additional bonuses are available for keeping food costs and payroll within company guidelines.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Orchestrate an efficient line and kitchen while leading by example
- Train and manage employees
- Lead team in producing high quality products
- Maintain food cost and inventory
- Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations
- Place food orders
Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED
- Previous restaurant management experience
- Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
- Excellent management and leadership skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Salary : $75,000 - $80,000
