Marketing and Social Media Intern

As a Marketing and Social Media Intern, you’ll support our marketing and events teams by creating engaging content, assisting with brand promotions, and helping bring HotBox experiences to life. You’ll collaborate with fellow interns and staff to generate excitement around our pizza—and build the skills you need to kick-start your marketing career.

• Create and curate content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and more.
• Assist in brainstorming and scheduling new campaign ideas.
• Capture and share live event moments that showcase HotBox’s unique culture.

• Support the events team in planning, set-up, and execution.
• Hand out freebies, promote our brand, and interact with event attendees.
• Assist in engaging with customers on-site, ensuring they have a great experience.

• Represent HotBox Pizza’s values and vibe at every turn.
• Gather feedback from customers and suggest ideas for improvement.

• Current college student (pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Food Service Management, or a related field).
• Outgoing, customer-focused personality—you love people and know how to connect with them.
• Social media savvy, with a knack for creating engaging posts and stories.
• Self-starter who takes initiative and can adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.

• Hours: 15–20 hours per week (Summer 2025).
• Pay $14 per hour
• Location: Primarily in the Indianapolis area for events and in-office collaboration.
