YOUR DAY AS A BANQUET SERVER
As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for setting up event spaces according to specific requirements, serving food and beverages to guests in a timely and respectful manner, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the event. You will work closely with the culinary and event planning teams to deliver a seamless and memorable experience for our guests. WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
To excel as a Banquet Server, you should ideally have previous guest service experience, although training will be provided to the right candidate. You must possess a caring and compassionate attitude towards guests, colleagues, and the work you do. Respect towards guests and team members is essential in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere at events. Additionally, the ability to maintain the physical demands of the position, such as standing for extended periods, lifting trays, and moving equipment, is crucial.
