Your day as a Director of Catering

As the Full-Time Director of Catering at the Hotel Andaluz, your daily responsibilities will revolve around creating exceptional culinary experiences. You will oversee all catering operations, from planning and coordinating events to managing budgets and contracts. Expect to collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Daily tasks will include menu development, coordinating with chefs and kitchen staff for seamless execution, and ensuring that all events adhere to high standards of service.
