Overview
Our Food & Beverage team at Hotel Bardo Savannah is seeking a passionate and attentive Bar Bibi Host for our luxury urban resort pool venue, Bar Bibi. In this role, you will act as a brand ambassador, delivering Bardo’s signature warm, anticipatory service while setting the mood for our club members and resort guests.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests to the pool and Bar Bibi, assisting with seating, cabanas, and the overall pool experience
- Complete opening/closing duties while maintaining the appearance of the pool deck
- Assist with setting up cabanas, towel duties, straightening chairs, and all other pool experience duties
- Participate in pool safety programs, training, and ensure overall guest safety
- Manage guest reservation system
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all guests and team members
- The ability to work as part of a team or independently
- The ability multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain a professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance adhering to company standards
- Will meet established department appearance standards
- Ability to endure abundant physical movements in various work areas
- Able to work in the changing weather conditions of an outside environment
