Responsibilities
- Provide welcoming and exceptional service upon guest arrival
- Assist guests with overnight check-in and check-out according to resort procedure
- Address guests’ complaints, concerns, or requests in a friendly, timely manner
- Act as an information agent for guests and assist with any additional available guest services
- Effectively communicate Front Office or guest needs to management or other departments
- Maintain and uphold brand, operational, culture and service standards in all guest areas and across the resort
