Salary: $22 hourly
Hotel Barriere Fouquet's is looking for a Part-time Spa Receptionist that is responsible and dedicated to ensuring all clients have a luxurious experience. The candidate must provide and maintain a superior level of client service standards and create a welcoming and relaxing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Properly open and close spa each day according to Standard Operating Procedures.
- Answer the phone promptly and use the client's name throughout the phone conversation.
- Provide detailed descriptions of spa treatments, packages, services, and hours of operation.
- Accurately book, change and cancel spa appointments.
- Acknowledge and greet everyone who enters and leaves spa facilities.
- Maintain a clean, safe, fully stocked, and well-organized work area.
- Ensure adequate stock of supplies and equipment; inform management when inventory is low.
- Communicate effectively with all service providers, guests, managers, and fellow employees.
The ideal candidate would have:
- 1 years of hospitality experience (i.e. restaurant, retail, hotel, salon/spa, etc.) with a proven track record of superior customer service
- Must love hospitality and interacting with customers
- Strong understanding of retail operations, policies and procedures
- Must have the ability to prioritize and multi-task within a fast-paced environment
- Must be a forward-thinking problem solver with a strong work ethic who has compassion for employees and clients
- Passion for beauty, skincare, learning and trying new things every day!
