Hotel Blackhawk, a Marriott Autograph Collection Hotel, is looking for an experienced Bartender.
Bartenders serve beverages and food to guests in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner, resulting in guest satisfaction.
This is a Part-Time position working the evening shift. Bartending experience is a must and TIPS certification is strongly preferred

- Three years experience as a Bartender in a high volume, upscale hotel or free-standing restaurant/lounge environment
- Thorough knowledge of alcoholic beverages, cocktail mixology; recipes, preparation methods, glassware, equipment, and service
- Exceptional guest service skills
- Basic computer and cash-handling skills
- Ability to stand stoop, bend, and lift items weighing up to 50 pounds repetitively during the entire shift
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays
Other duties:
Retrieve liquor and stock bar area
Set up bar and service stations
Greet guests and provide service at bar and cocktail tables
Prepare cocktails and drinks to specifications for servers and guests
Closeout bar and server checks using a computerized system
Balanced drawer and account for all transactions
Perform closing duties as assigned
