Key Responsibilities :
Sales and Business Development :
Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue for social events (weddings, parties, reunions, etc.).
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, event planners, and corporate clients.
- Respond to inquiries from potential clients, providing detailed information about venue options, packages, and services.
- Conduct site tours and present proposals to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with local non-profits to organize fundraisers for their initiatives and the community.
- Negotiate event contracts and finalize sales.
Event Coordination :
Work closely with the operations team to ensure the successful execution of events, from pre-planning to on-site coordination.
Marketing & Promotion :
Assist in developing marketing materials and strategies to promote social events.
Revenue & Budget Management :
Monitor and achieve sales targets to meet or exceed revenue goals.
Customer Relationship Management :
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring they have a memorable experience.
