Role Summary
We are looking for somebody to help set up and create an environment and build a team. The essential function of the Housekeeping Public Areas Attendant is responsible for providing luxury housekeeping services to property’s interior and exterior facilities reporting to housekeeping management team.
Principle duties and responsibilities include:
The Public Areas reports directly to the Director of Housekeeping and is responsible for providing luxury housekeeping services to all guest rooms, according to procedures established by Hotel El Roblar
The Public Areas Attendant is responsible for the cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation of all public areas within the hotel, ensuring a welcoming and sanitary environment for all guests and visitors.

Clean and maintain all public areas including lobby, restaurants, pool, gym, offices, restrooms, hallways, stairwells, and other assigned spaces.

Perform routine and deep cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, polishing, and trash removal.

Replenish supplies in restrooms and public areas (toilet paper, soap, hand sanitizer, etc.).

Respond promptly to guest requests or complaints in a professional manner.

Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damage to the supervisor.

Ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are used and stored properly.

Follow hotel policies, safety procedures, and health regulations.

Maintain confidentiality of guest information and hotel data.
