About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced PM Line Cook to join our team at Sheraton Brentwood, TN. As an PM Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to our guests' satisfaction. You will work closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to ensure that all food is prepared and presented according to our standards. Minimum Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience as a line cook in a high-volume restaurant
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Preferred Qualifications:
- Culinary degree or certification
- Experience working in a hotel or resort setting
- Experience with menu development and recipe creation
