About the Role:

Minimum Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in a high-volume kitchen environment
- Proven track record of success in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and ingredients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification
- Experience working in a hotel or resort environment
- Experience with menu development and costing
- Experience with inventory management and ordering
