Responsibilities
- Welcome guests upon arrival and provide them with information about the hotel and its amenities.
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations using hotel management software.
- Answer phone calls with professionalism, utilizing excellent phone etiquette to assist callers effectively.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for incoming guests.
- Promote hotel services and amenities to enhance the guest experience.
- Assist with billing inquiries and process payments accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area & other areas on property.
Skills
- Proven experience in front desk operations or guest services within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality management principles and practices.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with phone systems and hotel management software is an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
