Responsibilities

- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently while maintaining accurate guest records.
- Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, addressing inquiries and providing information about hotel services.
- Handle guest requests and complaints with professionalism, striving for resolution and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel policies, procedures, and local attractions to assist guests effectively.
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records related to guest transactions.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
- Assist in managing reservations through the hotel's booking system.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
- Familiarity with hotel management software is an advantage.
- Strong phone etiquette skills are essential for effective communication with guests.
- Experience in guest relations or front desk operations is a plus.
