What are the responsibilities and job description for the Banquet Busser - Perry Hotel position at Hotel Investment Services?
Now accepting applications for energetic individuals to join our summer Banquet Events Team at the beautiful Perry Hotel in downtown Petoskey!
Basic responsibilities:
- Help deliver an exceptional dining experience to our guests
- Sanitize tables, and other surfaces as needed
- Remove plates, utensils and glassware to the kitchen to be washed
- Assist servers with water service, general table upkeep
- Reset tables for next service
- Ensure dining room and side stands are stocked with silverware, napkins and glassware
Requirements:
- Must be at least 16 years of age and able to obtain valid work permit
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time, lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays
