Join our dynamic team at Hotel Earl, Charlevoix's premier boutique destination! We're seeking hardworking, dependable, and detail-oriented individuals to elevate our guest experience. Premium wages are offered for those with experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Communicating effectively with passengers, answering questions, and providing clear directions.
- Ensuring the shuttle remains clean and in excellent working condition.
- Performing pre- and post-daily checks on the vehicle daily.
- Providing shuttle services between Hotel Earl and various locations, wine tours, and charters.
- Engaging with guests warmly and professionally whenever opportunities arise.
- Obtaining a Michigan chauffeurs license (training provided by Hotel Earl, if needed).
- Assist with other duties when not driving during the shift
- Hours are based upon business demands but typically Thursday-Saturday 3:00pm-11:00pm
