Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently while maintaining accurate records.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and effectively to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, local attractions, and events.
- Maintain the front desk area in an organized and welcoming manner.
- Process reservations and cancellations using hotel management software.
- Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality at all times, demonstrating knowledge of hospitality management practices.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a front desk or guest services role within the hotel or resort industry is preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport with guests and provide exceptional guest relations.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
- Familiarity with hotel management software is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided.
