Summary
As a Guest Experience Host - Night Audit, one must assist our guests with Love Aloha in all related functions and maintain a high standard of service and hospitality.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required.
- Bachelors degree preferred.
- Passing Mandatory Drug Testing prior to start of position (Test prepaid by New Hire and will be reimbursed after 90 Day Probationary Period)
- Three References of Managers or Direct Supervisors
- Covid-19 Vaccination Card Required
Prerequisites
- Hospitality, retail, or f&b experience
- Overnight experience
- Open availability preferred - guest experience is a 24/7 operation

Essential Functions
- Point person for the guest experience during your shift.
- Oversee safety & security of the hotel during your shift.
- Process night audit functions.
- Resolve guest issues in a calm and professional manner, providing solutions and making sure all guests have a 5-star experience.
- Take ownership of the guest experience and delivery a personalized and memorable experience to each of our guests.
- Engaging with guests to offer them a love and aloha experience.
- Delivery anticipatory service by seeking to understand the guests needs.
- Communicate with the appropriate departments for any guest issues.
- Make reservations and engage with guests throughout the reservations and prearrival process.
- Develop a relationship with guests and provide services & recommendations for dining, shopping, actives, taxi, shuttles, wake-up calls, etc.
- Be self motivated to improve everyday.
- Have pride your work environment; keep the front desk as well as lobby areas clean and well organized.
Physical Demands
- These physical demands are representative of the physical requirements necessary for an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the guest service agent position.

- Ability to stand during entire shift.
Work Environment
Guest Experience Host - Night Auditor maybe in working anywhere in the Hotel, but are stationed a the front desk & front desk office.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
