Hotel Front Desk w/Sales and Marketing expertise
We are looking for a passionate Hotel Front Desk receptionist who also has Sales and Marketing expertise.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop an event management plan for events which includes comp set reporting, pricing, planned outreach with local vendors.
- Serve as the primary contact for all Hotel Sales
- Make sure staff adheres to the company event policies that are put in place to ensure a smooth, successful, fun-filled event.
- Greet all guests for each of your events upon arrival and upon conclusion of the event. The Hotel Front Desk/Sales person is the primary point of contact for all aspects of the event from start to finish.
- Create a weekly forecast that details a Week of Week variance to monitor profits and losses based on revenue generated from the events
- Participate and become a member of the local event planning committee.
- Increase Hotel Lex revenue by developing strategic sales and marketing strategies that will deliver results
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in Hotel Front Desk roles
- Excellent phone skills and communication skills
- Must be a cheerful, fun and energetic team player
- Sales and Marketing, Hospitality and Tourism degree -preferred.
- Years of expereince will be considered in place of a degree
