Hotel Maintenance

```Job Summary:```
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Person to join our team. The Maintenance Person will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities. This is a crucial role in maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

```Responsibilities:```
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as repairing machinery, equipment, or systems
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems to determine the best course of action
- Supervise and coordinate outside contractors when necessary
- Fabricate or modify parts as needed
- Read and interpret schematics and logic controllers
- Perform electrical work, such as wiring or rewiring equipment
- Weld or perform other metalworking tasks as required
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities

```Qualifications:```
- Previous experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
- Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to supervise and coordinate outside contractors effectively
- Familiarity with reading and interpreting schematics and logic controllers
- Proficiency in electrical work, including wiring and rewiring equipment
- Welding experience is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 35 per week
