We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in facilities maintenance, customer service, and possess mechanical knowledge. If you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for maintaining and improving facilities, we want to hear from you.
- Daily Guest Room inspections.
-Perform maintenance tasks such as repairing machinery, equipment, or structures
- Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment to identify and resolve issues promptly
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders and inventory
- Respond to maintenance requests from staff or tenants in a timely manner
- Assist in repair and painting tasks as needed
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems including PTACs and Thermostats
- Handle residential painting projects efficiently
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance and repair work
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment
- Proficiency in HVAC or PTAC mechanical is a plus
- Proficency with network and WiFi Systems a plus
