The pay rate for this position is based on the projected range of $10 hourly rate plus tips.
JOB SUMMARY:
As the Elizabeth Street Cafe Barista, you will skillfully craft the perfect beverage with consistency. With a wide range of beverage offerings, attention to detail, and working quickly & accurately will help ensure your success. Serve customers with hospitality, kindness, and approachability, always explaining the menu as much or as little as the customer needs.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Prepare all menu items to the best of the employee’s ability, always striving to improve and serve an incredible product

Keep a clean and tidy workspace, always cleaning in free time, even inside and behind items, following the cleaning checklists closely

Be a team player and strive to work well with other employees

Be organized, and able to think and act quickly and effectively while retaining self-composure.

Works as a team with all personnel in order to maintain an effective atmosphere and an efficient food and beverage service

Enthusiastically welcome each guest and be aware of tone, and body language at all times

Can handle working under pressure and multi-tasking, Self-motivated and able to identify needs without direction.
